At Porter’s Island Thyme, we strive to provide a space for you to unwind, relax and enjoy your dining experience.  We have four separate areas, so you can decide the level of privacy you would like when dining with us.

The Coconut Room is an open air dining room with French doors leading to the garden and salt ponds.  Here you can enjoy dinner at your own table or join new friends over dessert and cappuccino or espresso.

Do you like the pub atmosphere with the latest “gossip” and happenings on island? Then, belly up to the bar and order your potion…or “howl” at the moon and become a Zookeeper, and have your name emblazoned on our Wall of Fame.

Perhaps you prefer cocktails in Zen Sky overlooking the island?  From our upper deck, you can enjoy the sunset, the gurgling koi pond or one of the best vistas of Taylor Hill and the salinas.

If you would like to have a private dining room all to yourself for an intimate evening, we can serve your dinner in Porter’s Backyard under the gently whirring ceiling fan among the palms, papayas and lilies.  Let us know your preference.

To add spice to the Seasonings of Island Thyme, we offer a variety of fine art and gifts for your shopping pleasure.  Salt Cay Salt Works products are proudly displayed along with our logo products; T-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs and wine openers.  The ceiling is tiled with Haitian paintings and we are the exclusive Turks & Caicos agents for Gifford/Erickson prints of Salt Cay.
