Salt Cay awaits you…a simpler time & place where everyone is welcome!  The adventure begins in your journey here.   Several airlines provide flight service to Salt Cay:  Global, Caicos Express, and Air Turks & Caicos.  Please e-mail us prior to beginning your journey for the latest information as to who is flying and their current schedules.  There’s time for a rum punch.

We have updated our menu with new offerings we have discovered in our travels.  We have kept the popular events;   Wing Night on Wednesday and Pizza Night on Friday and special events tend to happen on Thursday or Sunday.  If you are lucky your stay will coincide with our now famous Filipino pig roast.  When you “reach” island make sure to ask about the “happenings” for the week.

We have dependable Wi-Fi service at Island Thyme that can be accessed with your computer or ours.  For guests staying for extended periods of time we also offer broadcast service.

We have been in the Caribbean long enough to know that however things may change they always remain the same.  The Turks & Caicos have received international notoriety during the last year.  Many questions have been asked about good governance but so far no answers have been given.   Everyone is waiting to see what the outcome of all the “hoopla” will be.  Our guess is things will remain the same…there always is time for another Rum Punch.
